Bahan Membuat Sinom
- 2 genggam daun asam jawa muda (sinom).
- 10 sdm gula pasir.
- 3 ruas jari telunjuk kunyit.
- 900 ml air.
Langkah Memasak Sinom
- Cuci bersih daun sinom dan kunyit..
- Potong2 tipis kunyit.
- Didihkan air + gula, masukkan potongan kunyit dan daun sinom, setelah itu kecilkan api..
- Masak sampai air berkurang +\- menjadi 700ml, atau sekitar 30menit..
- Koreksi rasa, jika dirasa kurang manis silahkan ditambah gula 😁.
- Saring dan simpan dalam wadah. Best served cold👍🏻😍.
