- Taruh rebusan kentang dalam mangkok, lembutkan dengan uleg an atau sendok, campurkan dengan tumisan daging giling/kornet, setelah lembut dan tercampur rata seperti adonan perkedel, siapkan cetakan schotel, taruh adonan kentang 1/3 bagian, olesi saus, masukkan potongan sosis, parutan keju cheddar dan parutan keju quickmelt, tutup dengan adonan kentang, atasnya olesi saus, taburi dengan keju quickmelt, atasnya taburi lagi dengan keju cheddar, lalu paling atas taburi oregano, lakukan sampai adonan.
- Panggang dengan oven/microwave kurleb 10-15 menit, lalu angkat dan siap disajikan.
