  1. 2 lembar tortila (kulit kebab beli di yg jual frozen food ada).
  2. 4 lembar selada (iris-iris).
  3. 1 buah mentimun kecil (iris panjang lembut buang isinya).
  4. 1 buah tomat potong dadu (buang isinya).
  5. Smooked beef / fish (aku pake tuna).
  6. Potato fries (pelengkap/optional).
  7. secukupnya Chia seed.
  8. Saus.
  9. 4 sdm plain mayo.
  10. 2 sdm saus sambal/tomat.

Langkah Memasak Tuna Taco (Menu Diet Sehat)

  1. Panggang tortila di wajan anti lengket 2 menit 2 sisi.
  2. Isi dengan sayuran dan smooked beef, kemudian panggan lagi sebentar sampai membentuk setengah lingkaran.
  3. Panggang kentang tanpa minyak di wajan anti lengket sampai matang.
  4. Tambahkan saus yg sudah di mix diatas nya dan taburi dengan choa seed sebagai pelengkap dan potato fries.
  5. Tuna taco siap di hidangkan.
