Bahan Membuat Tuna Taco (Menu Diet Sehat)
- 2 lembar tortila (kulit kebab beli di yg jual frozen food ada).
- 4 lembar selada (iris-iris).
- 1 buah mentimun kecil (iris panjang lembut buang isinya).
- 1 buah tomat potong dadu (buang isinya).
- Smooked beef / fish (aku pake tuna).
- Potato fries (pelengkap/optional).
- secukupnya Chia seed.
- Saus.
- 4 sdm plain mayo.
- 2 sdm saus sambal/tomat.
Langkah Memasak Tuna Taco (Menu Diet Sehat)
- Panggang tortila di wajan anti lengket 2 menit 2 sisi.
- Isi dengan sayuran dan smooked beef, kemudian panggan lagi sebentar sampai membentuk setengah lingkaran.
- Panggang kentang tanpa minyak di wajan anti lengket sampai matang.
- Tambahkan saus yg sudah di mix diatas nya dan taburi dengan choa seed sebagai pelengkap dan potato fries.
- Tuna taco siap di hidangkan.
