Langkah Memasak Menu diet mayo day 1
- Siang : - kentang rebus - tahu panggang sosis keju Bahan : 1 bh tahu 1 btr telur 1 bh sosis Keju (taburan diatas) Lada putih secukup nya Cara membuat : Hancur kan tahu sampai halus , setelah itu masukkan telur , dikocok smpai rata dan masukkan sosis yg sudah dipotong dadu dan juga lada putih , tabur keju diatas nya , panggang selama 10-15 menit suhu 180° Sore : - nasi merah - buncis - ikan panggang bumbu kuning Bahan : Bawang merah , bawang putih , kunyit , lengkuas , jahe (dihaluskan) kasih sedikit asam cara membuat : Aduk rata bumbu yg sudah dihaluskan , diamkan kurang lebih 10 menit , agar bumbu nya meresap di ikannya . panggang kurang lebih 20 menit , suhu 200°.
