Bahan Membuat Wader Crispy
- 250 gr wader kecil (cuci bersih).
- 1 bungkus Tepung Peyek / tepung bumbu serbaguna.
- Minyak secukupnya untuk menggoreng.
Langkah Memasak Wader Crispy
- Cuci bersih ikan. Sambil agak ditekan biar kotoran diperut keluar. Saya cuci pakai saringan kawat besar. Jadi sisik ikan ikut bersih..
- Tiriskan ikan yg sudah dicuci bersih. Masukkan kedaam tepung Peyek/ tepung bumbu (sy pakai Tepung peyek ya..).
- Goreng sampai kering. Siap disajikan dengan nasi hangat dan sambal bawang.
