I tried the famous IU Diet!
Kpop diets are usually pretty hard to follow and drain you of your energy.
Basically you eat one apple for breakfast, a sweet potato for lunch and a protein.
Bahan Membuat Menu iu diet
- 1 buah apel (BREAKFAST).
- 1 buah ubi (jalar/ungu) (LUNCH).
- Susu protein shake / susu kedelai / susu UHT low fat(DINNER).
Langkah Memasak Menu iu diet
- Potong 1 buah apel(boleh dikupas lalu dipotong atau tidak dikupas).
- Rebus ubi hingga lunak,disaranin pas rebus berserta kulit. Tapi pas udh masak kulitnya jangan di makan :).
- Untuk dinner, Buat satu gelas susu. Utk yang low budget bisa pakai susu soya.
- Jika sudah melakukan diet selama 3hr, Jangan lupa berbagi pengelaman. Selamat mencoba❤.
